We will contact you to setup an intake meeting. We’ll gather information about your child’s strengths, needs, routines, and goals. From there, we create a tailored service plan and match you with the right team members.
Yes — absolutely! We use a family-centered approach, meaning your goals and priorities are central to everything we do. You’ll collaborate directly with your team to create meaningful, realistic outcomes for your child.
Frequency of services is based on your FSCD agreement and your family’s needs. Some families receive weekly visits, others may receive more or fewer sessions depending on the service plan.
We come to you — most services are delivered in your home or community setting. This allows your child to learn and grow in familiar, everyday environments. In some cases, virtual options may be available.
We regularly review your child’s progress and can adjust services if needed. If there are significant changes, we’ll work with your FSCD caseworker to update the agreement so support remains appropriate.
We do our best to match families with clinicians based on their needs, goals, and preferences. If you have specific requests or wish to change team members, we’re happy to work with you to make sure you feel comfortable and supported.
